Stifel Europe AG is leasing space on the ninth and tenth floors of the striking tower at Taunusanlage 1. Each floor is up to 1,086 square metres. The move is expected to take place in early summer 2025.
At a height of more than 153 metres, SKYPER offers a total of 42,000 square metres of office space on 38 floors. The building has received LEED Gold certification for exemplary sustainability and was recently awarded WiredScore Platinum certification for outstanding connectivity and user comfort, as well as SmartScore Platinum certification for exceptional functionality and advanced building technology.
