Dogan advises comprehensively in real estate related matters, with a focus on asset management including advice regarding commercial lease. He furthermore specializes in advice regarding real estate acquisitions and disposals by way of an asset deal, including the corresponding due diligence.
Background
Dogan studied law at the Goethe-University of Frankfurt. During his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main Dogan worked for a international law firm in the area of real estate and for the German Embassy in Helsinki, Finland.
Prior to joining Herbert Smith Freehills Dogan worked as a lawyer for a renowned law firm.
