Jean-Baptiste Verlhac
Jean-Baptiste's practice focuses on town planning and construction law, public business law, real estate and environmental law.
Jean-Baptiste advises French and international clients on these matters, in connection with real estate and infrastructure transactions (acquisitions and financing), project development and construction projects, as well as industrial sites remediation.
He also specialises in regulated sectors law, as well as in public contracts law, both in advice and litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Jean-Baptiste first practiced in a French boutique firm specializing in public business law and regulatory law, then in the Urban – Energy – Environment department of a leading French law firm.
Jean-Baptiste is a member of the Paris Bar. He is fluent in French and English.

Jean-Baptiste holds a Master 2 in Public Law from the Université Panthéon-Assas Paris II.
He is a laureate of the Université Panthéon-Assas Paris II competition in constitutional law.
