Located in the heart of Paris's 8th arrondissement on rue Saint-Lazare, the Hilton Paris Opéra was designed by the renowned French architect Juste Lisch. A historic building, which housed the very first guest elevators when it was inaugurated during the 1889 Universal Exhibition. With 268 rooms, the hotel is particularly famous for its lobby.
In 2015, the Hilton Paris Opéra underwent a major €43.4 million renovation.
Thanks to this investment, CDL has expanded its Paris portfolio to three properties, including the M Social Hôtel Paris Opéra and the Millennium Hôtel Paris Charles de Gaulle.
