Jeremy is a partner in the UK and EMEA Real Estate practice.

He helps clients with some of the most complex and high-value investment, development, joint venture, leasing and financing transactions in the market. Jeremy works with real estate and infrastructure clients across the public and private capital market for real assets.  He has a particular focus on structured investment transactions involving private equity and sovereign fund investors. 

With over 30 years' experience as a private capital real estate lawyer and an unrivalled understanding of all aspects of the market, he offers his clients real advantages in terms of project delivery, commercial negotiations, and risk mitigation.

Alongside his established domestic and international client base, he regularly works with investors who are new to the UK and European real estate markets and has helped numerous clients successfully complete their first real estate investments and joint ventures in the UK and Europe.

  • City Developments Limited on its £181 million acquisition of four purpose-built student accommodation buildings (total of 1,657 beds) across England
  • the funding banks on a circa £430 million financing of the Nine Elms development
  • Goldman Sachs on two disposals of a PRS portfolio including over 1,000 homes, including a corporate real estate disposal of an ongoing development site and an asset disposal of 15 sites predominantly let
  • an investment fund on the acquisition of the circa £180 million Clerkenwell Collection of properties
