Marcelo has experience advising clients on a wide range of corporate transactions, including M&A, public offerings, venture capital, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations.
He has worked on complex transactions across major international financial centres including the US, UK, Europe, Asia and Latin America. He also has experience in corporate governance matters and general company law advice.
Background
Marcelo joined the firm in 2024. He is a dual qualified lawyer, admitted to practice in England & Wales and Brazil.
Marcelo has an LL.M. from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor of Laws from Rio de Janeiro State University.
