From 1 February 2011 the maximum compensatory award for unfair dismissal is £68,400 and the cap on a week's pay (used to calculate the unfair dismissal basic award and statutory redundancy pay, among other things) is £400. (The previous caps were £65,300 and £380 respectively.)
